Activation of code teams seem to result in an error
This incident is now resolved. The issue stemmed from a bug fixed that was pushed out earlier at 1400 EST that resulted in the code activation feature being affected. A push has been successfully shipped out, verified by our customers to be working, and the feature is back to full functionality.

The issue has been resolved. The permissions for a role had been revoked which was preventing our servers from sending out notifications.
